What is a credit?

A credit maps to model and compute cost. Quick tasks cost a few hundred. Workflows cost a thousand or so. Projects cost a few thousand. We pass through model costs without markup.
Do credits roll over?

Team plan credits do not roll over. You get a fresh allotment each month. Free plan credits are one-time.
What happens if I run out of credits?
+
Dash pauses new requests and DMs you. You can top up with a one-time credit pack or upgrade to a higher tier. Approval-pending actions are never canceled mid-flight.
Are there per-seat fees?

No. Add the whole team. Dash is one teammate, not a seat license.
Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of the first paid charge if you have not used more than 10% of your monthly credits.
