By installing Dash or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
The service
Dash is provided by Process Street, Inc. as a managed AI coworker that operates inside your Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace, connects to third-party tools at your direction, and performs actions on your behalf subject to approval flows.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of approvals you grant to Dash actions.
- You will not use Dash to violate any law or third-party rights.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the approval flow.
- You are responsible for the actions of users you add to your Dash workspace.
Pricing and billing
Dash uses a credit-based pricing model. Free credits are one-time. Team plan is billed monthly. Enterprise plans are billed annually. See /pricing for current rates.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime. We refund within 14 days of the first paid charge if you have used less than 10% of your monthly credits.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
