How Dash works with Buildium

Ask Buildium from Teams. Approve changes in the chat.

Dash reads five kinds of Buildium records and can create or update two of them. Each change appears as a card in the same Teams chat or Slack thread, and a person approves it before Dash writes to Buildium.

Next to Buildium's own AI

Buildium's Lumina AI works inside Buildium. It scans bills, helps write messages, and its Lumina AI Workforce runs five agents: Leasing, Accounting, Maintenance, Resident Experience and Business Operations. Buildium says sensitive decisions always require human review. Keep using it. Dash works where your team already talks, and answers from Buildium and your other tools in the same reply.

@Dash when does the lease at 22 Pine, Unit 3 end?

Dash

The lease ends on March 31 and the tenant has no balance. Your renewal tracker says notices go out 60 days before, so this one is due January 30. I can draft it whenever you're ready.

@Dash what does the tenant in Unit 7 owe, and what have we already told them?

Dash

Unit 7 owes $1,240. Your last email asked them to call about a plan, and they haven't replied. I drafted a two-month payment plan and haven't sent anything.

I've prepared the owner record for Sam Okafor with his phone, email and two properties. Approve it here and I'll create it in Buildium.

Approvals

Dash drafts. Your team sends.

Dash reads and answers right away. Before it changes a record in a connected tool, or sends anything to a resident, owner or vendor, it posts a card in the same Teams chat or Slack thread and waits for a person to approve. That's the default. Anyone with access to the connection can approve, unless an admin has picked who does.
