Record a payment from a texted check
A field tech texts a photo of a check. Dash reads it, prepares the payment in DoorLoop and records it once someone approves.
For DoorLoop teams
Dash is an AI agent your office team talks to in Microsoft Teams, Slack or a text. It reads your DoorLoop rent roll, leases, payments and financial statements, plus your inbox and spreadsheets. When a check comes in or a lease is signed, Dash prepares the payment or lease in DoorLoop and saves it only after someone approves.

@Dash what maintenance is still open across all six communities, oldest first, in #maintenance.
Reading the work order report, the shared inbox, and the repair history for each unit.

How Dash works with DoorLoop
Dash reads six parts of DoorLoop and can make two kinds of change. By default, each payment or lease shows up first as a card in the same Teams chat or Slack thread. Nothing goes into DoorLoop until a person approves it.
DoorLoop's own AI works inside DoorLoop. Every plan includes its AI Assistant. Agents for reception, maintenance and lease renewals are added on top, and outside tools can connect to DoorLoop through its API. Keep all of it. Dash does a different job: it's the teammate your office asks in Microsoft Teams, Slack or a text, and it answers from DoorLoop plus your inbox, your spreadsheets and the check photo a field tech just sent.

Dash reads the rent roll and payments in DoorLoop and drafts a follow-up for each tenant who's behind. You review every one before it goes out.
When the signed agreement comes back, Dash uses it to prepare the new lease in DoorLoop, then creates the lease once you approve.
Dash reads profit and loss and cash flow in DoorLoop and flags what changed from last month before owner statements go out.
Approvals
Dash reads and answers right away. Before it changes a record in a connected tool, or sends anything to a resident, owner or vendor, it posts a card in the same Teams chat or Slack thread and waits for a person to approve. That's the default. Anyone with access to the connection can approve, unless an admin has picked who does.

FAQ
Yes. DoorLoop is one of the property management systems Dash connects to. Dash reads the rent roll, leases, payments, profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet, and it can record payments and create leases once a person approves.
DoorLoop's AI Assistant and agents work inside DoorLoop. Dash is an AI teammate your office team talks to in Microsoft Teams, Slack or a text. It reads DoorLoop and adds what's in your inbox, spreadsheets and other tools, so one answer can cover more than one system. You don't have to choose: Dash doesn't replace DoorLoop's AI.
Two things: it can record payments and create leases. By default, each change shows up as an approval card in the same Teams chat or Slack thread, and Dash writes to DoorLoop only after a person approves it.
No. Your data is never used to train AI models, and each workspace runs isolated from the others. Dash is SOC 2 Type II attested and ISO/IEC 27001 certified.
