Post today's turnovers every morning
Every morning, before the cleaners head out, Dash posts today's check-outs and check-ins from the Hospitable calendar to your operations channel.
For Hospitable teams
Hospitable's AI helps you answer guests. Dash is the AI agent your own team asks, in Microsoft Teams, Slack or a text. It reads your Hospitable properties, reservations, calendar and reviews alongside your inbox and spreadsheets. Your cleaning lead can text to ask if a cabin is booked tonight. By default, nothing goes out and no record changes until a person approves it.

@Dash what maintenance is still open across all six communities, oldest first, in #maintenance.

How Dash works with Hospitable
Dash checks Hospitable plus whatever else the answer needs, like your maintenance sheet or an owner's last email, and replies in the same thread or text.
Hospitable's own AI works inside Hospitable. It recognizes guest questions and replies with reservation details. Inbox AI drafts answers to the tricky ones. Copilot answers your questions about bookings, reviews and operations. Keep all of it. Dash is for the people on your team who never open Hospitable, like the cleaner between turnovers or the handyman with this week's repair list.
Dash reads Hospitable. Anything it creates from that data, like owner updates in Gmail or a fix list in your maintenance sheet, waits in the chat until a person approves it.
Every morning, before the cleaners head out, Dash posts today's check-outs and check-ins from the Hospitable calendar to your operations channel.
Your cleaning lead texts from the driveway to ask if the place is booked tonight. Dash checks the Hospitable calendar and texts back. Nobody has to log in.
Dash reads this week's Hospitable reviews, groups what guests mention, and adds the repairs to your maintenance sheet once you approve.
Dash counts each property's reservations and booked nights in Hospitable and drafts the month's owner update in Gmail for you to review before it goes out.
Approvals
Dash reads and answers right away. Before it changes a record in a connected tool, or sends anything to a guest, owner or cleaner, it posts a card in the same Teams chat or Slack thread and waits for a person to approve. That's the default. Anyone with access to the connection can approve, unless an admin has picked who does.
