Review workspace activity

The Activity page in the Dash dashboard shows a chronological feed of actions people have taken in your workspace. Tool connections, approval decisions, member changes, API key operations, credential updates, scheduled task updates, skill usage, billing changes, and settings changes are all recorded with who did it and when.

Go to app.dashpup.ai, open Settings in the sidebar, and select Activity. You see a reverse-chronological list of events, each showing the person, the action, and the affected item.

Click any item’s name to jump to its detail page. A tool connection name takes you to its account page under Tools; a scheduled task name takes you to its settings.

  • Connected or disconnected a tool (including custom MCP servers).
  • Renamed a connection’s nickname.
  • Changed the block-unrecognized policy (whether unrecognized tools are blocked by default).
  • Added or removed a member from a private connection’s allowlist.
  • Updated designated approvers for a specific tool.
  • Approved or denied a held tool call.
  • Executed a tool call — logged when a tool call runs, showing the app name and action. When Dash acts on someone’s behalf, the entry shows both Dash as the actor and the person it acted for.
  • Enabled or disabled a custom MCP server.
  • Rotated credentials for a custom MCP connection.
  • Created or deleted a scheduled task.
  • Updated a task’s name, schedule, instructions, or delivery settings.
  • Paused or resumed a task.
  • Enabled or disabled autonomy on a task (whether it can act without per-run approval).
  • Requested or denied autonomy — logged when a member requests autonomy for a task, and when an admin denies the request.
  • Granted or revoked a tool permission for a task.
  • Completed a run — logged when a scheduled run finishes.
  • Skipped a run — logged when a scheduled run couldn’t start (for example, the workspace is out of credits or a browser task needs Chrome open).
  • Loaded a skill — logged each time Dash loads a skill on demand during a conversation.
  • Granted or revoked a catalog skill for a persona — logged when an admin changes which skills a persona can use.
  • Invited a new member to the workspace.
  • Changed a member’s role (for example, promoted to admin or transferred ownership).
  • Deactivated, reactivated, or removed a member.
  • Created or revoked an API key.
  • Created or deleted a stored credential in the vault.
  • Set or changed a consumption cap — a workspace-wide, per-channel, or per-user spending cap was created or updated.
  • Cleared a consumption cap — a previously set spending cap was removed.
  • Updated the workspace profile (name, icon, or description).
  • Changed the AI model (for example, switching from one model to another).
  • Adjusted model tuning (the effort and speed balance).
  • Changed network policy or display settings.
  • Installed a chat surface — logged the first time Slack or Teams is connected to the workspace.

Use the filters above the feed to narrow down what you see.

  • Search — type in the search box and results filter as you type. Matches against tool names, actions, and people.
  • Type — pick a category like Tools, Scheduled Tasks, Members, or API Keys. Open the submenu to narrow further to a specific action (for example, just “Connected” events under Tools).
  • User — a searchable picker. Type a name to see just that person’s actions.
  • From / To — date inputs that scope the feed to a specific range. The range is inclusive: both the start and end dates are fully included.

Filters are driven by the backend, so they always match what’s actually tracked. If a new kind of event is recorded, a filter for it appears automatically.

The Activity page is visible to workspace admins and owners. It shows actions taken by any member, including the specific person who approved or denied a tool call.
